Data Entry Virtual Assistant:
The Data Entry Virtual Assistant will provide administrative support to clients by performing various data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all work done. The ideal candidate will have excellent typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to learn new software quickly.

🌐Location
Remote (work from anywhere)

Main Responsibilities
1. Daily data entry on an Excel sheet, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
Inserting data into a platform called Central Reach, utilizing training provided to ensure efficient and effective use of the platform
2. Entering and saving source documents in the proper folder, maintaining organized and up-to-date records
3. Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion
4. Meeting productivity and quality standards, ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard

Qualifications Needed
1. Post-secondary education in a related field (e.g., business administration, communications)
2. 1-2 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field
3. Excellent typing skills (minimum 60 wpm) and attention to detail
4. Ability to learn new software quickly, including Microsoft Excel and Central Reach
5. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members
